We are committed to protecting and preserving the privacy of our visitors when visiting our site or communicating electronically with us.

DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE
All data that is collected by our online web forms and apps is at the discretion of the customer collecting user data and is the sole property of the individual educators, educational institutions, and session-based businesses that utilize our services.
TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED
Personal Information
Name, contact details, address, date of birth, and other identifying information. This data is managed and controlled at each individual customer account level and is securely password protected.
Educational and Session Information
Student and member progress, session and class schedules, attendance records, and related academic or activity data, including multimedia files. We utilize TLS 1.3 protocols for all file types uploaded into our system.
Financial Information
Billing details for users, tuition, membership fees, and other transactions. We do NOT store banking or credit card information. Payment data is stored securely at the merchant processor level. We store only a secure token and pass the security key for payments to the corresponding merchant provider.
Information You Supply to Us
You may supply us with information by filling in forms on our website or mobile applications. This includes information you provide when you submit a contact or inquiry form. The information you give us may include but is not limited to your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number.
PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

To facilitate session and class management, and to enable efficient communication between students, members, parents, instructors, staff, and administrators.
To manage session schedules, attendance, and academic or activity progress.

DATA RETENTION
Retention Procedures
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. SessionUp employs strict access controls to limit access to personal data only to those who need it for the specified purposes.
Retention Periods
Personal data will be retained as long as the user account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, or as required by applicable laws. Upon cancellation of a subscription, all account data will be purged from our systems within one (1) week of the cancellation effective date. We do not retain or utilize user data in any way after a customer has left our service.
DATA DISPOSAL
SessionUp has implemented processes to securely dispose of personal data that is no longer needed for its intended purpose. Disposal methods include secure deletion and, if necessary, shredding of physical records.

Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, SessionUp will notify affected individuals promptly and provide details about the nature of the breach, the data involved, and steps taken to mitigate the risk. Notifications will be delivered through appropriate channels, including email or other means of communication.
Data Storage Infrastructure
Amazon Web Services (AWS): SessionUp stores data on AWS, a secure and reliable cloud infrastructure. Amazon Web Services adheres to industry-leading security practices and compliance standards to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of stored data. All access to AWS, internally and server-to-server, is conducted through encrypted AWS firewalls.
Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare as our IP proxy and content delivery network (CDN). It protects data and files as they connect online or through our applications to our hosted cloud servers.
NO COMPUTER TRACKING OF IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
Our server is not set up to track, collect, or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does recognize the referring server of visitors, but not e-mail addresses or any personal information. For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use or what site they clicked in from, but not the names, addresses, or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify particular individuals visiting our site.
SessionUp.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of sites to which we may provide a link.
REMARKETING AND THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
SessionUp.com uses third-party remarketing tracking cookies, including the Google Ads tracking cookie and the Meta Pixel. This means we may continue to show ads to you across the internet. We respect your privacy and are not collecting any identifiable information through the use of these remarketing systems.
Third-party vendors, including Google and Meta, whose services we use may place cookies on web browsers in order to serve ads based on past visits to our website. This allows us to make special offers and continue to market our services to those who have shown interest in our service.
