Common Questions

What counts as a monthly active client?
Any client who books, attends, or is billed for at least one session in a calendar month. Clients on your roster but with no activity that month are not counted.
What if my client count dips one month?
Your bill drops with it. If your active count falls below 100, you're automatically at the $99 floor. No penalties, no smoothing — just what you actually used.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee. No annual contract required. Pay month to month and cancel anytime.
Do I get all features at every tier?
Yes. There is one plan with every feature included. The only variable is how many active clients you have in a given month.
