A "monthly active client" is any client who books, attends, or is billed for a session in a given month. Inactive clients are never counted.

How MAC works

MAC stands for Monthly Active Client. It is the only variable in your bill. Here is exactly how it works.

What counts as active

A client is counted as active in a given calendar month if any one of these happens:

They book a session
They are billed for a session
They login to SessionUp
They use SMS, email or chat
A session is on the schedule

One activity in the month. That's it. A single trigger moves them into the active column for that month only.
